Location: Wymondham, Norfolk
Salary: A GBP 19,314 : A GBP 20,291 per annum (SCP 4 to 6, FTE: A GBP 25,185 to A GBP 25,989 per annum)
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Term Time +1 Week, Full Time x5 days a week (33hrs)

The College Prep School is looking to appoint a highly committed, enthusiastic and compassionate individual who has an energy and interest in working with pupils who have Specials Education Needs and Disabilities.
You will be expected to lead and deliver personalised learning provision for a range of learners, working with small groups of children and/or in a 1:2:1 capacity.
You will be relentless in trying to close gaps in childrens subject knowledge and skills and ensure the children you work with can access a curriculum.
The Role
They are looking for a positive, caring and inspiring Teaching Assistant to join the team at Wymondham College Prep School on a permanent basis. The role will support the complement the professional work of teachers as directed.
Skills and Qualifications
* Have previous experience working with children, preferably primary school age, in a classroom or similar environment and have evidence of professional growth having received training in a range of different academic, SEND and social and emotional areas of child development
* Be committed to the schools high standards of teaching, learning and professional development
* Have excellent communication skills, a warm and caring disposition and a good sense of humour
* Understand the importance of an inclusive environment, supporting pupils to follow the schools Good Choice Mantras : Do the Right Thing / Make a Difference / Value Every Voice
* Have a nurturing and friendly approach with a high level of professionalism and compassion
