With a growing global presence, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Partner Account Manager to oversee the development, growth and performance of our distribution channels. As a Partner Account Manager (PAM), you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our strategic partner ecosystem. You will work closely with partners to drive business growth, ensure alignment on goals, and optimise the performance of our video telematics solutions within their offerings. This role requires a blend of relationship-building skills, sales expertise, and strategic thinking to effectively manage and grow key partner accounts. Responsibilities Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key strategic partners. Act as the main point of contact for partners, providing ongoing support and fostering trust-based partnerships. Collaborate with partners to identify and implement opportunities for mutual business growth and development. Partner Enablement & Development: Provide training on our products, services, and processes. Equip partners with the tools and knowledge to effectively sell and support the company’s solutions. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive joint business plans and partner sales strategies to meet revenue goals and KPIs. Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy focused on positioning our video telematics solutions as the primary offering for our partners Strategically leverage our partners business networks to expand our market presence across other geographies Work closely with partners to increase adoption and sales of our video telematics solutions, tracking performance and ensuring partner success. Monitor and manage partner sales pipelines, providing support where necessary to accelerate deal closures. Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional materials that partners can leverage to drive sales. Ensure that partners are equipped with up-to-date product information, marketing assets, and promotional content. Performance Management: Manage the performance of existing partners, analysing sales and revenue data, account health, satisfaction and financial performance to develop strategies for improvement. Address conflicts and challenges within the channel, striving to maintain healthy partner relationships Provide partners with performance reports and recommendations to improve sales outcomes. Implement strategies to address any performance gaps and drive continuous improvement. Collaboration & Internal Coordination: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (product, marketing, finance, customer experience, and support) to ensure alignment on partner goals and initiatives. Provide feedback from partners to internal teams to drive product improvements and service enhancements. Market & Industry Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to help partners gain a competitive edge. Share relevant insights with partners and internal teams to support decision-making and drive strategic business growth. Skills/Experience Proven track record of 3 years in partner account management, channel sales, or business development, ideally in the technology, SaaS, or telematics industry. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with a focus on long-term partnership development. Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a results-oriented mindset Ability to drive sales through partners, including experience with sales enablement and sales pipeline management. Knowledge of video telematics, IoT, and fleet management solutions is highly preferred. Familiarity with CRM software (Odoo) and other sales tools to track performance and manage partner relationships. Strong organisational and project management skills to manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously. Ability to handle complex projects and deliver them on time, ensuring the partner's expectations are met. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and confidently to various stakeholders. Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance data, identify trends, and optimise partner strategies accordingly. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, partner needs, and internal strategies.
