We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Nursing Support Worker to join our Rheumatology Day Unit team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, specialist environment caring for patients with long‑term inflammatory and autoimmune conditions., You will support the nursing and multidisciplinary team in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care, including assisting with patient preparation, observations, clinical support during infusions and treatments, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for patients attending the day unit.
This role offers the chance to develop specialist skills in rheumatology, build strong patient relationships, and be part of a friendly and dedicated team committed to excellent care. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a caring and professional approach, and the ability to work well as part of a team., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
