Key Duties The key duties of this Health and Safety Manager role include: • Monitor the organisation's Health and Safety performance against internal and external targets and manage current standards under a wide range of laws and regulations. • Develop, maintain, and deliver Health & Safety compliance activities across the business. • Develop and maintain the company's Health and Safety management system, ensuring it aligns with ISO 45001. • Take a lead role in coordinating internal and external audits by developing and monitoring the company's Health & Safety audit schedule. • Undertake audits covering all Operational Areas, processes, and procedures.
