SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant for an Individual Pupil
This is a fixed term contract working 31.25hrs per week (8.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday) 38.4 weeks per year (Term time plus 2 inset days) Grade 5 £25,583 - £25,989 FTE. £18,300 - £18,590 Pro-Rated actual salary.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced support worker to join this thriving village school as a SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant. You will be expected to provide one-to-one support to an individual pupil with an Educational Healthcare Plan (EHCP) who has specific needs. The post-holder will be given full training and will be fully informed about the needs they are supporting and what the targets set by external professionals are, and how to effectively support these needs.
