HealthTech Start Up | Part Time Consultancy | D2C / eCommerce
This is a fractional contract role for 2-3 days a week initially.
A fast growing HealthTech start up is looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Consultant to help design and establish its wider marketing ecosystem during an exciting phase of growth. This is very much start up and building, hands on from the ground up and you must be comfortable with this.
This is a broad, hands on consultancy role suited to someone who enjoys building marketing infrastructure, testing new ideas, and operating within a fast paced entrepreneurial environment. The position will be circa 2–3 days per week and fully remote.
The business operates within a D2C / eCommerce environment, so experience within consumer focused digital businesses is essential.
The role will cover:
• Performance marketing ownership
• CRM and lifecycle flow setup
• Content and social media strategy
• Website management and optimisation
• Customer journey and conversion thinking
• Building scalable acquisition and retention activity
The environment is highly collaborative and test and learn focused, so the business is looking for someone adaptable, commercially minded, and comfortable operating without rigid structures or fixed ways of thinking.
The successful candidate will likely bring:
• Strong D2C / eCommerce experience
• Hands on paid media and CRM expertise
• Experience building marketing processes within growing businesses
• Strong understanding of acquisition, retention, and conversion
• A blend of strategic thinking and hands on execution
