Business Analyst – Workforce Management (WFM) Review Programme
Overview
We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a strategic Workforce Management (WFM) transformation programme across 12 UK contracts.
This programme will conduct a comprehensive review of WFM practices, processes, systems and usage, with the objective of defining future-state requirements and preparing the organisation for a potential system-wide deployment or market re-procurement exercise.
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape operational performance, financial efficiency and workforce optimisation at scale.
Key Focus
Technology solutions mapping, systems analysis and requirements translation aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse current WFM systems usage across multiple contracts, including Time & Attendance and Scheduling modules
* Assess suitability and scalability of the existing solution (T2W)
* Translate operational requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
* Map system integrations from scheduling through to payroll interfaces
* Identify gaps, duplication, manual processes and rework
* Develop a prioritised requirements and design document covering:
* Functional requirements
* Technical architecture
* Reporting and analytics
* Integration requirements
* Governance controls
* Conduct market scan and supplier analysis
* Support options appraisal including total cost of ownership modelling
* Contribute to cost benefit analysis and ROI modelling (target ROI within 18 months)
* Prepare RFI and RFP documentation
Experience Required
* Demonstrable experience delivering WFM system reviews or implementations
* Strong understanding of:
* Workforce Planning & Forecasting
* Scheduling & Rostering systems
* Time & Attendance platforms
* Payroll interfaces and system integrations
* Experience conducting market scans and supporting procurement exercises
* Ability to work across multiple operational contracts and stakeholders
* Strong documentation and structured requirements capability
