Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm, 37 hours per week

Responsibilities
* First line of support for education customers via telephone, remote support, and site visits
* Provide top‑notch service desk support while adhering to predefined processes
* Utilise remote support tools effectively to resolve issues
* Apply solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and education‑specific applications
* Prioritise workloads to manage peaks in demand smoothly
* Update service desk software (ConnectWise Manage) accurately
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and effective service delivery
Qualifications
* Strong background in ICT help‑desk support
* Proficiency in remote support tools
* Excellent IT and numeracy skills
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
* Proactive approach to setting up and adjusting technical equipment as needed
* Experience with ConnectWise Manage desirable but not essential
