Position Details

Key Responsibilities
* Participate in global live training calls with senior company leaders
* Drive strategic lead generation through targeted research and digital advertising
* Conduct professional interviews with prospective clients via phone or Zoom
* Guide new clients through onboarding and provide ongoing support
* Contribute to a culture of leadership, growth, and personal development
* Operate independently with accountability, initiative, and strong self-management
Skills & Experience
* Proven leadership in Sales & Marketing (10+ years at senior level preferred)
* Solutions-focused, self-motivated, and highly proactive
* Excellent communication skills, particularly in phone and online settings
* Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic online platforms
* Strong interest in personal development, leadership, or education
