Responsibilities
:
1. Work with key stakeholders in Marketing, Distribution and Proposition to define and implement aprehensive take-to-market strategy for M&G's range of investment solutions, with a key focus on PruFund
2. Develop and deliverpelling marketing collateral that effectively supports advisers and their clients through the rmendation journey
3. Craftpelling narratives that effectivelymunicate the value proposition to key target markets.
4. Select and optimise channels for maximum reach and impact.
5. Identify the specific needs of audience segments to create engagement and action with them
6. Collaborate with content, digital,munications and events teams to ensure cohesive and impactful delivery.
7. Utilise data visualisation tools to enhance storytelling and presentation.
8. Coordinate cross-functional input to bring marketing collateral and go-to-market strategy to life.
9. Reflect an astute understanding of the sales process in the creation of effective support and collateral for the sales team.
10. Through the development ofpelling marketing collateral, support execution of integrated marketing plans and campaigns, managing strategy, creative and media briefings, execution, budgeting, and reporting.
11. Use measurement, evaluation, and reporting on marketing collateral performance to inform and shape future plans.
12. Analyse data and feedback to continuously improve marketing strategies and execution
Qualifications:
13. Proven experience in successfully taking products and propositions to market and delivering against growth targets
14. Experience in asset management and/or wider financial services is preferrable but not essential
15. Demonstrable creativity in storytelling, optimising channel choice, format, key messaging, and audience targeting.
16. Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate input from various teams.
17. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
18. Understanding of data visualisation tools and techniques.
19. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
