Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen. Serve dishes and beverages to the required standards of timing and presentation. Set up, clear and reset tables efficiently to support smooth service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas. Offer confident menu knowledge and assist guests with queries or recommendations. Process payments accurately and follow company procedures. Support Food & Beverage operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events and bar service. Follow food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times. Person Specification Strong communication and guest-service skills. Friendly, confident and professional approach. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good attention to detail and accuracy when serving guests. Reliable, punctual and committed to high service standards. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
