Project Manager
Location: Flexible office location within the North, Midlands, or East region with a balance of home and office working
Salary: £40,095 - £42,205 per year
Hours: 35 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our fast-paced Development team in the North, Midlands, or East region. You will play an integral role in supporting the team to manage and deliver Sanctuary’s development programme, from conception to completion. If you have experience in a similar role and are seeking a new challenge, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
1. Supporting Development Managers and the wider team with a variety of tasks daily
2. Managing development projects, liaising with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and budgets
3. Identifying and assessing new development projects for strategic and financial fit
4. Recommending project enhancements to maximize opportunities
5. Delivering projects within budget and timescale, ensuring quality and value for money
6. Providing high levels of customer service and quality on all projects
Skills and Experience required:
1. Recent experience managing projects in a similar role, with strong communication skills
2. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle complex data
3. Knowledge of building regulations, legislation, and health and safety practices
4. Proven problem-solving skills with effective solutions implementation
5. Strong negotiation and presentation skills
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is desirable
7. Valid driving license and willingness to travel
