Are you a procurement professional with the expertise to drive value, efficiency, and impact across a fast-paced hospitality group?

We’re looking for a Category Manager – Non-Food to join our team at Splendid Hospitality Group, taking ownership of operational expenditure across key categories including Housekeeping, Laundry, and Waste Management.

In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with our Director of Procurement to develop and deliver procurement strategies that strengthen supplier relationships, reduce costs, and enhance quality across our diverse portfolio.

We build and operate a diverse portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and care homes across the UK—from London to Edinburgh, Bristol to York. Our properties include:

* The 5-star Hilton London Bankside
* The iconic Grand Hotel, York
* The UK’s first Four Points Flex by Sheraton, London Euston
* 6 Accor properties across the UK
* 38 KFC restaurants in the Midlands & North East
* 3 care homes in Sussex

The Role

* Develop and deliver category strategies that drive cost savings and quality
* Source, assess, and negotiate with suppliers to optimise performance
* Manage supplier relationships and contracts across non-food categories
* Support and track Capex spend across the group
* Monitor market trends and supplier developments to inform strategy
* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement meets business needs
* Track KPIs and deliver continuous improvement
* Degree-level education with 3+ years’ procurement experience, ideally in hospitality
* Proficiency in procurement platforms (Procure Wizard, Access Maintain) preferred
* Strong analytical and commercial skills with a track record of driving savings
* Skilled negotiator with experience managing supplier relationships
* Excellent communicator, able to influence and collaborate effectively
* Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
