Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a family solicitor or partner who: Has 5-7 years PQE. Can run a complex, high-value caseload of financial, children, and non-molestation matters. Is commercially aware, confident in billing and converting leads. Ideally has Legal 500 experience (desirable). Values autonomy and work-life balance, thriving in a remote-first culture. Has a positive, open-minded approach and is comfortable discussing innovative ways to deliver legal services. Salary & Benefits £55,000–£70,000 FTE, depending on experience. Flexible working – required in the office just once per week, once a fortnight, or even once per month for the right person. Part-time options available (three or four days per week).
