What you’ll be doing
* Designing end‑to‑end solution architectures aligned to business and technical goals
* Working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to define architecture strategy
* Translating business requirements into clear technical designs
* Conducting architecture reviews and recommending improvements
* Ensuring solutions align with architectural standards and best practices
* Mentoring junior architects and developers
What we’re looking for
* 8+ years’ experience in architecture design and implementation
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering complex technical solutions
* Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
* Excellent problem‑solving, leadership, and decision‑making skills
* Confident communicator, able to explain complex ideas clearly
