Job Description
3. Managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving queries promptly.
4. Monitoring overdue accounts and implementing effective credit control measures.
5. Maintaining accurate records of all communication with customers regarding their accounts.
6. Working closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate reporting.
7. Preparing and issuing invoices, statements, and reminders as required.
8. Supporting the implementation of credit policies and procedures to minimise risk.
9. Building strong relationships with customers to ensure smooth payment processes.
10. Providing regular updates to management on outstanding payments and credit risks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
