Sales Director – Building Materials | UK | Hybrid | £120,000+ package
We are partnering with a fast-growing, highly regarded building materials business to appoint a Sales Director with full sales responsibility and leadership of a team of around 18.
You will drive strategy, performance, and ROI, implementing strong processes, KPIs, and structure while leading a high-performing, entrepreneurial sales team. The role involves hybrid working: 1–2 days in the office, the rest in the field with the team and customers.
Ideal candidate:
* Proven sales leader in the builders’ merchant / building materials sector
* Experience selling to national merchants, independents, and buying groups
* Skilled at managing and scaling teams in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business
* Strong commercial focus on ROI, margin, and KPIs
