At Dental Rooms, we are a multi award winning private dental practice in the heart of Wimbledon Village, known for our exceptional patient care and world class treatments. We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive team member to join us as a Dental Receptionist with the opportunity to grow into a Treatment Coordinator role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has experience working as a dental receptionist and is ready for the next step in their career. Full training will be provided to support you in developing into a Treatment Coordinator role.

Your role will include
* Being the first point of contact for patients, creating a warm and welcoming experience
* Supporting patients in understanding their treatment options and finance plans (training provided if needed)
* Guiding patients through their journey, both virtually and in person, to ensure a smooth experience
* Working closely with our specialists and wider team to deliver seamless care
* Playing an active role in supporting the continued growth of the practice
Who we are looking for
We would like to hear from you if you have experience working in a dental practice, ideally as a receptionist or in a patient facing role. You should have excellent communication skills, a positive and caring approach, and the motivation to learn and grow within the role.

Pay: From £34,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
* London SW19 4RS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
* Dental Treatment coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
* Dental Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* GDC registration (preferred)
