This role is suitable for a 2025 graduate who could start immediately. What is a Mortgage Adviser? A Mortgage Adviser helps individuals find and secure the most suitable mortgage by assessing their financial situation, exploring options and guiding them through the application process. Responsibilities: Administer mortgages up to the offer stage Build and maintain relationships with partners, including clients, solicitors and estate agents Research and place mortgage cases with lenders Progress to handling client calls, making appointments, and eventually conducting mortgage consultations Training : Get comprehensive and continuous training and support, including the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMap) exams; the leading industry-recognised qualification.
