* Managing driver paperwork and driver debriefing
* Managing the trailer pool for the site
* Managing the defect process for vehicles requiring maintenance
* Driver performance management
* Managing driver hours and schedules
* Investigating incidents and complaints
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Must have previous management experience
* Must have previous experience within a transport environment
* Excellent organisational skills
* Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
