Job Summary
Morgan Hunt has partnered with an established Further Education client in Peterborough to appoint a full‑time permanent 14‑16 Pathways Manager, with an annual salary of up to £36,000. The role bridges the gap between schools and further education for learners aged 14–16 by developing the vocational careers programme.
Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and delivery of the 14‑16 vocational careers programme in partnership with local schools
* Serve as the key liaison between the client and secondary schools, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
* Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines for pre‑16 learners in an FE setting
* Develop and manage financial planning tools, contracts and fee agreements for schools
* Support the Senior Leadership Team by preparing reports and updates for key stakeholders
* Lead the continuous development of the pre‑16 offer
Qualifications
* Experience working with schools and further education
* Ability to plan curriculum pathways and manage complex, cross‑institutional relationships
* Good understanding of safeguarding, compliance and support requirements for 14‑16‑year‑olds in FE
* Confidence working with data, reports and budgets
* A Level 3 qualification or above in a relevant field
* Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) in English and Maths
