Job Description
Role: Planning and Logistics Manager
Report to: Senior Operations Manager
Based at: Glebe Farm Foods Ltd.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all orders are planned into the production schedule to meet customer delivery deadlines.
* Liaise with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of packaging and products.
* Maintain accurate stock levels on SAGE 200.
* Communicate with the senior Operations Manager and Finance to manage stock based on sales forecasts.
* Coordinate with the Sales Department to align production with sales forecasts.
* Manage logistics companies to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.
* Investigate and resolve delivery complaints.
* Ensure all customs documentation for exports is accurate.
* Perform any other duties as required by the business.
Skills and Experience
* Experience with Sage 200.
* Ability to analyze data effectively.
* Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
* Experience with KPIs such as 'Order in Time in Full', 'Warehouse GMP Audit', and 'Orders produced in time and in full'.
Personal Attributes
* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
