Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser – Greenford
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must hold a CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

* On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year

* Excellent communication skills across email, phone, face-to-face, and video channels
* Strong multitasking and responsibility management skills
* Ability to maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers
* Collaborative mindset to work with branch peers for referrals
* Proactive in seeking new opportunities and maintaining KPIs
* Comfortable engaging with audiences via camera to maximize reach
Responsibilities:
* Generate and maintain client relationships and business
* Follow up on in-branch leads and maximize value from each client
* Generate your own leads and opportunities
* Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient client service
* Provide exceptional customer care throughout the process
Working Hours:
* Full-time, office-based role
* Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00
* Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 - 17:00
* Day off in lieu when working Saturdays
Additional details:
* Essential: CeMAP or equivalent qualification and mortgage advising experience
* Legal right to work in the UK, with evidence such as passport or birth certificate
* Proof of address, National Insurance, full UK driving licence
* Subject to passing probation
