What’s involved?
As the Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the breakfast service runs smoothly, catering for an average of 50 covers; all plated. After lunch service, you will do some prep work and then cater for lunch in the bar area, which offers lighter meals and snacks for an average of 50-60 covers. You will monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins while ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health and safety at all times.
