What you'll do:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Cardiff, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where no two days are ever quite the same. Your primary focus will be on supporting the resourcing team as they respond to diverse staffing needs from both internal departments and external clients. By leveraging advanced applicant tracking technology, you will ensure that all relevant data is captured accurately-enabling seamless decision-making when it comes to matching skilled consultants with suitable roles. Your ability to nurture relationships will be invaluable as you maintain regular contact with consultants, helping them navigate each stage of the recruitment journey. From organising interviews and preparing detailed briefs to assisting with essential placement documentation alongside operational colleagues, your organisational prowess will shine through. Success in this role means being proactive in communication, adaptable when priorities shift, attentive to detail at every turn, and always ready to collaborate for the benefit of the wider team.
Collaborate closely with the Managing Director, Senior Manager, and other members of the Resourcing team to respond efficiently to flexible staffing requests from both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Utilise the Global Applicant Tracking System to meticulously track key data points related to consultants, clients, opportunities, and placements, ensuring information is always accurate and up-to-date.
Maintain strong ongoing relationships with consultants by keeping open lines of communication, enabling informed decisions when matching individuals to new client opportunities.
Take responsibility for managing and scheduling interviews for clients, providing each consultant with clear, comprehensive pre-interview briefs so they feel fully prepared.
Work alongside the Operations Executive to support the processing of all documentation required for successful placements, ensuring compliance with established procedures at every stage.
Demonstrate excellent organisational skills by effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a busy recruitment environment.
Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and consultants through verbal and written channels, ensuring everyone is kept informed throughout the process.
Contribute positively to team success by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and participating actively in collaborative projects or initiatives.
Identify potential issues quickly using your problem-solving abilities, resolving them efficiently while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
