Our client, a respected contractor in the water sector, is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team in the North Wales area. This contract role focuses on overseeing small value WWTW projects and is offering long-term work for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing WWTW projects from inception to completion
Coordinating with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure project milestones are met
Ensuring projects are executed within budget and on schedule
Maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance on site
Conducting regular project reviews and providing detailed progress reports
Liaising with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to facilitate successful project delivery
Identifying and mitigating project risks to minimise potential impacts
Ensuring project documentation is complete and accurate
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in project management within the water sector, particularly WWTW
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Proven ability to manage small value projects effectively
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with health and safety standards and legislation
Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field
