As a leading provider of high-quality photographic prints, we are seeking motivated, reliable individuals who are eager to learn how to operate state-of-the-art production equipment and work within a friendly, supportive team.
No previous experience is required - full training is provided for all successful candidates.
Working Hours / Rota
12-hour shifts, 4 days on, 3 days off.
Two-week repeating rota:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Overtime is likely to be available.
Key Duties
Mastercutting and processing photographic prints.
Loading rolls of prints onto cutting machines.
Cutting, packing, logging, and labelling orders via PC-based systems.
Fixing minor machine faults.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Standing for long periods during production shifts.
Requirements
Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
Physically fit to stand for extended periods.
Basic computer skills.
No previous production experience required - full training provided.
What We Offer
£12.21 per hour for weekday 12-hour day shifts.
£13.43 per hour for weekend 12-hour day shifts.
Enhanced overtime rate of £18.32 per hour.
