We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Personal Assistant with a strong background in managing a variety of things at the same time. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of investment strategies and social media platforms. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can thrive and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Please note this is a part-time position (approx. 8-10hrs a week).
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for both business and personal purposes
* Handle correspondence, emails, and communication.
* Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless logistics and preparation.Conduct thorough research
* Prepare detailed investment reports, summaries, and presentations.
* Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
* Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
* Analyze social media metrics and generate insightful reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
* Maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
* Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
* Assist in organizing and overseeing special and personal projects, including investment research initiatives and social media campaigns.
* Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
There is no specific definition for this role. You can expect to be working on a variety of tasks from investor scouting, to presentation design, to social media content, to running personal errands. You should be extremely well-rounded, eager and well-prepared to take on any task.

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in analysis, research, writing and EA.
* Demonstrated expertise in social media management, content creation, and engagement strategies.
* Strong proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and relevant tools.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
