About the Role: We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join an inclusive SEN primary school in the Basingstoke area. You will work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, offering tailored support to help them access learning and develop important life skills. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Providing 1:1 and small-group support to children with a variety of SEN needs Assisting the class teacher with engaging, accessible learning activities Supporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation and social interaction Helping create a positive, nurturing and inclusive learning environment Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider school staff What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children (SEN experience desirable but not essential) A patient, caring and proactive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for supporting young learners Availability for flexible working hours Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
