We are currently looking for Freelance Site Managers to oversee the delivery of planned refurbishment works across social housing stock in and around Liverpool. Description Oversee and manage Social Housing planned works project. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project delivery. Maintain strict health and safety compliance on-site. Manage subcontractors/internal staff and ensure all team members adhere to project deadlines.
