Oracle Payroll Lead, Manager role at Accenture UK & Ireland. UK government SC clearable; available in London, Manchester or Birmingham with ad hoc travel to client sites throughout the UK. Salary: competitive (depending on level of experience).

Responsibilities
* Be UK Government SC Clearable
* Lead workstreams designing and delivering Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions for government and financial services organisations
* Broaden your leadership, application and consulting skills and career within a supportive professional consulting environment
* Collaborate as a key member of the UK Oracle team
* Develop credibility and relationships with client stakeholders
Excellent candidates should also be able to demonstrate
* Understanding of Oracle Cloud’s AI capabilities and Agents
* An appreciation of the influence of user experience-based design e.g. Personas, user journeys and how this can be used to augment a solution
* Experience with functional data conversion, transformation and reconciliation
* An understanding of the functional, application and technical implementation approach elements of an Oracle Cloud ERP programme

As an Oracle Cloud Payroll Manager
* Job responsibilities include leading delivery of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions for government and financial services organisations
Requirements
* Oracle Cloud Payroll
* Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll configurations, setups, and transactions
* Certified in Oracle Cloud Payroll
* Six or more years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions
* Solid knowledge of UK Payroll statutory compliance and UK legislation
* Familiarity with UK government payroll
* Experience with critical payroll data required for data migration
* Strong knowledge of typical integration touchpoints, e.g. pensions extract and costing into general ledger
* Understanding of payroll processes and challenges
* Ability to write and understand fast formulas is desirable
* Experience running payroll reconciliation / parallel testing
* Great communication and client-facing skills
