Management Accountant - North Suffolk (Onsite)

Keeler Recruitment are delighted to be supporting this established family owned business, who are looking appoint a Management Accountant on a permanent, full time basis located in the heart of North Suffolk.
You will be working closing with the Financial Controller and part of a small finance team, supporting with all elements of finance across the business group.
This position would suit a Part Qualified (ACCA or CIMA) finance professional, currently within a Management Accountant position who is looking to develop their knowledge, skills and manage their own workload and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Support the Financial Controller in managing the company's financial operations and identifying areas for productivity improvements.
Preparing financial reports for management, including cash flow statements and budget tracking.
Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers and contractors.
Reconcile accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
Help prepare year-end financial statements and audits.
Assist with payroll processing and other HR-related financial tasks.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Respond to internal and external queries related to financial matters.
Skills & Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management accounts or finance role.
Currently studying ACCA, CIMA or ACA
A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well within a small, dynamic team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn .
