What you’ll do : Acting as a first point of contact for visitors and contractors, delivering a professional and friendly welcome Carrying out patrols, monitoring CCTV, and securing buildings and grounds Responding swiftly and effectively to incidents, alarms, and emergencies Managing access control, key systems, and visitor logs Supporting incident management and ensuring accurate, timely reporting Working collaboratively with the Sodexo team and client stakeholders Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards What you bring : Valid SIA Licence 3–5 years’ experience in a security role Strong understanding of CCTV, alarms, and security systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team High attention to detail with strong report-writing skills Good IT literacy and understanding of data protection Desirable: CCTV Licence First Aid and/or Fire Warden certification Knowledge of BS7858:2013 standards What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
