Salary: £32,420.57 per annum
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off shift pattern
Hours: 40.25 hours per week
Start and finish time: 6.00pm - 6.00 am
Job Type: Full time and permanent contract
Location: Unit 1, G-Park Stoke, Meir, Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire, ST3 7TU
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
You will:
1. Monitor the quality of work that our operatives carry out and manage performance.
2. Ensure products are handled correctly and in line with manual handling guidelines.
3. Complete investigations and rectify any possible discrepancies.
4. Take responsibility for administration duties, where needed.
5. Provide support with HR functions such as disciplinary meeting fairly and consistently.
6. Be responsible for the site’s cleanliness and maintenance.
7. Keep track of your team’s performance and be able to offer upskilling opportunities.
A Few Things About You
Have a good understanding of safe loading and manual handling techniques.
Experience supporting and training new starters, especially around Safe Systems of Work and key Health & Safety basics.
Clear, confident communication-sharing priorities, giving great handovers, and keeping operations flowing.
A hands on team player, who can organize tasks, support colleagues, and get stuck in.
