We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our Winchester Accounts team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop the accounts team, manage a varied client portfolio, and contribute to high-quality accounts preparation within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Hybrid and flexible working options are available. Key Responsibilities: • Line manage and develop staff within the accounts team. • Oversee workflow and ensure high standards in the preparation of statutory accounts (FRS102, FRS102 1A, and FRS105). • Manage incoming accounts work, allocate resources efficiently, and highlight potential gaps. • Review accounts and corporation tax computations and returns. • Liaise with clients and Partners to resolve queries and communicate key points. • Manage a mixed portfolio of FRS105, FRS102 1A accounts, and unincorporated businesses. • Support the implementation and maintenance of accounts workflow procedures. Candidate Requirements: • ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 3 years post-qualified experience in UK practice. • Minimum 2 years management experience. • Strong UK GAAP / financial reporting knowledge. • Experience in charity accounts and independent examinations preferred. • Excellent communication, client management, and interpersonal skills. • Confident, professional, and proactive with strong IT skills, particularly Excel. &bu...
