We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Team Leader in managing daily operations within our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to food safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with experience in team management, contributing to a positive work environment and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Duties
* Assist the Team Leader in supervising daily operations and staff performance.
* Oversee drinks preparation and serving processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
* Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in drinks production.
* Manage stock, including ordering supplies as needed.
* Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
* Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of public and serving areas.

Qualifications
* Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Previous supervisory or team management experience is highly desirable but not essential.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience in barista roles is an advantage but not essential.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13,728.00-£16,486.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
