Partnering with the Principal Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in turning big ideas into real, tangible impact, bringing strategy to life through exceptional product thinking and execution.

What You’ll Own
You’ll take the lead on our Connected Customer strategy, unifying Customer Services and our Customer App into one powerful ecosystem.
You’ll also shape the future of our Premium business customer experience, unlocking new value and driving growth.
Working at the intersection of Operations, Technology, and Commercial, you’ll become the go-to expert in your space, connecting dots others don’t even see yet.
And most importantly, you’ll be deeply plugged into our customers.
You’ll spend time understanding their world, what they love, what frustrates them, what they wish existed. Partnering with UX, you’ll turn those insights into products that feel effortless and meaningful.
In short, you’ll be their voice in every room that matters.

Product Value Stream Leadership
You’ll operate at a strategic altitude, connecting product thinking across a wider ecosystem:
1. Partner with senior leadership to define and evolve product vision and strategy
2. Own and deliver against Product OKRs, ensuring alignment to broader company goals
3. Maintain a holistic view of the product portfolio, ensuring every initiative ladders up to a unified direction
4. Work closely with Design and Technology leaders to establish principles that drive consistency, quality, and reuse
5. Translate multiple product signals into a clear picture of value stream performance and progress
6. Support go-to-market thinking including launch strategy, marketing, budgeting, and resource planning
7. Act as the go-to expert for your domain, bringing deep insight into customers, competitors, and market trends
8. Use that insight to shape problem spaces and unlock new opportunities
Product Team Leadership
You won’t just build products, you’ll build the people who build them:
9. Help attract, hire, and grow exceptional Product Managers
10. Coach and develop talent, creating clear growth paths and high-performing teams
11. Bring clarity and momentum by streamlining ways of working and improving team efficiency
12. Empower teams to own decisions, move fast, and stay accountable for outcomes
13. Support Product Managers in navigating senior stakeholders and complex environments

14. Own high-impact, complex products across the full lifecycle
15. Drive alignment between team-level OKRs and broader strategic goals
16. Prioritise ruthlessly, ensuring every roadmap decision is tied to real outcomes
17. Champion continuous discovery and delivery, validating ideas through user insight and data
18. Keep the organisation aligned through clear, confident communication and reporting
19. Oversee the full product lifecycle including budgeting, risk, launch, and ongoing optimisation
