As a team member, you’ll be an inspiration and a guide, getting to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Your responsibilities will include sales, click & collect, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great. You’ll have opportunities for training in various areas, with a focus on providing excellent customer service at the tills.
What we need:
We’re looking for someone who is helpful, eager to learn, and passionate about home improvement. You should be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy helping others. Willingness to learn new technology and adapt to new ways of working is essential. You should be a team player and flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
