JHE & Partners are pleased to be working with a brilliant company in Elland as they look to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Controller to join their finance team.
This is a busy, fast paced role within a small finance team reporting to the Financial Controller. Applicants must have recent experience in Purchase Ledger and a desire to help make improvements to the systems and processes already in place. The team are extremely friendly and welcoming and support will be given to get you up to speed as quickly as possible.
This is a great role if you are looking to take full control of the purchase ledger function. Key duties will include:
* Processing invoices and matching with delivery notes/PO numbers
* Handling supplier queries professionally and efficiently
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Producing payment schedules for management sign off
* Supporting the wider finance team during busy periods as required
* Assisting with month-end reporting deadlines
* Other ad hoc duties as required
