Location:Letchworth
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00 / 1 day off, Saturday 08:30 to 17:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00 every other
Salary: Competitive Salary OTE £40K
Key responsibilities;
1. Accomplish maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department
2. Proactively use the company database for customer follow-ups, in order to maximise sales and maintain repeat business
3. Carry out comprehensive and accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles
4. Have the drive and determination to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
5. Adhere to company and franchise standards, policies and procedures at all times
Skills, experience and attributes;
6. A full clean driving licence is essential
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and interpret our customer’s needs
8. You will be highly motivated
9. Have an enthusiastic interest in your ongoing training and development
10. Be computer literate, including MS packages
11. Smart appearance, friendly and approachable
12. Be punctual with excellent time management
