Job title: Project Management & Control Governance & Assurance Lead

Salary: £54,793+ (Depending on skills and experience)
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the delivery of Project Management and Control (PM&C) Governance and Assurance (G&A) across the Air Sector
* Effectively collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions, Lines of Business, the COO and the Service Delivery Units
* Being the Air sector PM&C G&A point of contact specifically for the KSA and US Programmes Lines of Business
* Undertaking regular overseas travel (quarterly) to maintain and enhance relationships with colleagues based in Saudi Arabia
* Facilitating and chairing meetings with key stakeholders in relation to PM&C G&A and presenting updates in key PM&C G&A meetings and working groups
* Supporting the delivery of Air Sector PM&C G&A training courses (monthly)
* Undertaking process confirmations to assure compliance to Head Office and Air Sector PM&C processes and quality measures
Your skills and experiences:
* Incumbent will be expected have a project management qualification such as the Association of Project Management (APM) qualification
* Communication, collaboration, active listening and diplomacy skills to enable effective engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across the Business
* Able to create, use, analyse and summarise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to highlight PM&C G&A risks and vulnerabilities and areas of best practice
* Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Understanding regulatory / governance environment within which the business needs to operate, including both internal and Head Office obligations
* Practical knowledge of Tableau visual analytics
