Salary range (per annum): Support staff salary points 8 – 14; £26,824 to £29,540 (FTE) – with a pay award pending
Location: Twynham Learning Core Services ("Head Office") – co‑located with The Grange School in Christchurch, Dorset; travel to all trust schools (BCP conurbation) and occasional remote work
Reports to: Trust IT Manager
You will help shape the IT system across a modern, secure digital environment, supporting a broad range of technologies. You’ll troubleshoot issues through multiple channels and explain solutions clearly to both technical and non‑technical users.
