Product Manager
Salary: £70,000-75,000
Location: Manchester – Hybrid working
Maxwell Bond have partnered with a leading organisation in the financial services sector, who are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to own the product development end-to-end and work with a collaborative team.
What You’ll Do as Product Manager:
* Own products from concept through to launch and scale, ensuring they deliver real customer and commercial value.
* Work closely with engineering teams and third parties to deliver integrations, APIs and seamless system connectivity.
* Optimise live products using data, insight and experimentation to improve customer journeys and commercial performance.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Product Manager in fast-paced, delivery-led environments.
* Strong experience working with products in a B2C environment, working on integrations and APIs.
* Data driven and outcome-focused, with the ability to make pragmatic decisions at pace.
