Job Description
3. Deliver regular workforce dashboards and statutory reports aligned to organisational KPIs and People Strategy
4. Produce clear, actionable workforce analysis for senior leaders across the organisation
5. Identify workforce trends, risks and insights, providing narrative interpretation and recommendations
6. Develop, automate and improve workforce analytics in collaboration with HR systems teams
7. Act as a subject-matter expert in workforce reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, MHR)
8. Ensure high data quality through audits and robust assurance processes
9. Provide training and guidance on dashboards, reports and analytical tools
10. Support workforce planning through trend analysis, forecasting and risk identification
11. Develop scenario modelling and predictive analytics to inform strategic decisions
12. Support audits, FOIs/DSARs and benchmarking activities
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim HR Analyst should have:
13. Proven experience in workforce analytics or a related field.
14. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
15. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
16. Knowledge of Human Resources processes and workforce planning.
17. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
18. Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
19. The ability to work effectively within a Public Sector environment.
20. A relevant qualification in a related field is advantageous.
