You’ll work on high-profile, cross-border deals for national and international clients, including private equity sponsors, listed companies and family offices of UHNWIs from across the globe. From M&A and private equity to IPOs and public takeovers, you’ll be part of a team that delivers complex, high-value work with a global reach, all from our single site office. Ideally, you’ll be at least 4 years PQE and looking to progress your career in a leading full-service firm based outside of London where the decisions about your future are made by those you see and work with – day in, day out.
