We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join our school in Outer London on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed professional to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
As our SEN Teacher, you will:
·Plan, deliver, and adapt high-quality lessons for students with SEND, ensuring all learners can access the curriculum and make progress
·Work closely with teaching staff, support staff, and parents to provide tailored interventions and support for students with ASD
·Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records in line with school policies
·Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported, challenged, and inspired
·Collaborate with the SENCO to develop and implement personalised learning plans
The successful candidate will be a qualified SEN Teacher with QTS and proven experience of teaching or supporting students with ASD in a school setting. You will have excellent communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
