Your profile
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing a broad portfolio of premium South-West London properties
* Handling applicant enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings
* Negotiating sales, managing offers, and securing the best outcomes for vendors
* Building lasting relationships with clients
* Playing a key role in driving new business through referrals and local canvassing
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in a property role
* Highly motivated and commercially minded
* Confident communicator and sharp negotiator
* Organised and detail-oriented under pressure
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
What You’ll Get
* Basic Salary: £20,000.00 per annum
* OTE: £35,000+ (uncapped)
* Car Allowance: £2,400 per annum
* Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. Saturdays, 10am–4pm on rotation (5-day working week)
* Holiday: 20 days, plus bank holidays and your birthday off. We also close for Christmas.
