Our new Volvo Electric Buses are growing in the marketplace, and it is a hugely exciting time to join our team. As a Business Support Apprentice, you will support the wider business and contribute to our electric bus venture. Your responsibilities will include ensuring efficient administration processes and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be part of an established team working towards a Business Administration: Level 3 Apprenticeship. You’ll receive support and training to complete your assignments and make a real impact.

Who Are You?
This role requires high-standard administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and integrity. As part of a small team, teamwork and supporting colleagues during busy periods are essential. You should be eager to develop communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders, and capable of working systematically to meet deadlines.
Minimum requirements include at least 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above including Maths and English, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Who You Will Be Working With
You will be a key member of the Service Market team, shadowing the Service Market Co-ordinator and reporting to the Volvo Bus Service Manager. Your role involves managing administration for all aspects of Bus Service Market, working closely with team members and supporting various stakeholders including Tech Tool users, Volvo Dealers, Area Service Managers, and others.
Responsibilities In The Role
* Managing Tech Tool Diagnostic equipment orders and access
* Assisting in warranty claims processing using Volvo Aftermarket systems
* Supporting contract claims, quotes, and system upgrades
* Administering Volvo Connect services and handling user requests
* Supporting in contact campaigns for safety recalls and creating reports
* Providing technical support and timely assistance to the team
