Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
2. Undertake risk assessments throughout the transaction
3. Check and report on title to clients, identifying and mitigating risks
4. Raise and respond to enquiries on purchase files
5. Report risks to clients, lenders and agents where appropriate
6. Ensure compliance with lender requirements and special conditions pre- and post-completion
7. Obtain all necessary documentation to ensure timely registration of property
8. Sign off files for exchange and completion, confirming compliance with
