Salary: £42,000 - 78,000 per year Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Police Sergeant
* Ability to pass a fitness test (level 5.4 shuttle run)
* Hold a full driving license
* Right to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
* Supervising and managing staff, ensuring high levels of motivation
* Monitoring and managing teams performance
* Assessing capabilities and development needs of staff
* Co-ordinating front line response to incidents and investigations
* Allocating resources, directing activities, managing risk and reviewing progression
* Supervising and monitoring the handling of information and intelligence
* Working with partners to ensure effective collaboration
* Ensuring compliance with ISPS and the Port Facility Security Plan
* Carrying out quarterly reviews and planning annual exercises
* Performing Control Room duties
